Scheduling and Posting Work Schedule. (1) Scheduling shall be done by the Company for full-time employees by classification within each department and by seniority, and for part- time employees shall be done by department and by seniority. Both full-time and part-time shall be scheduled as indicated above, provided that the employee has the ability to perform the normal functions of the job.   • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.
