Scheduling and Posting Work Schedule. (1) Scheduling shall be done by the Company for full-time employees by classification within each department and by seniority, and for part- time employees shall be done by department and by seniority. Both full-time and part-time shall be scheduled as indicated above, provided that the employee has the ability to perform the normal functions of the job. The plant shall be divided into the following departments:
