Time Clocks. The Employer shall not add time clocks, unless the Union has been served notice and the Agency has engaged in discussions with the Union. During the term of this Agreement, upon request of either party, the parties agree to establish a joint Labor/Management Committee for the purpose of examining the impact of an automated State payroll system upon this Agreement and developing recommendations for the implementation of such a system.

Time Clocks. The Company shall provide time clocks to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work and the time they commence and return from meal periods and such other recordings as may be required by the Company.
Time Clocks. Where time clocks are used employees shall be re­ quired to punch their own cards immediately before beginning work or after stopping work. No employee shall have the authorization or be permitted to punch another employee’s time card. Where time clocks are not used, employees shall sign their own time sheets.

Suspensions shall be implemented within forty-five (45) days of notification by the Union unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon between the Union and the Employer or in the event that the requested suspension becomes subject to the Grievance Procedure. Any such dispute shall be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Sections of this Agreement. Any employee terminated for the above reasons shall not be entitled to notice or pay in lieu of notice under Section 17 of this Agreement. Management agrees to assume its full responsibility in seeing that all employees are compensated for all time worked. Management personnel who deliberately violate this provision shall be disciplined by the Employer. Where disciplinary action has been taken against a Manager under this section, the Union will, upon request, be advised what action has been taken.
Time Clocks. Where the Company employs in its service five (5) or more people, they shall have a time clock which shall be accessible to employees. An employee will have access to his current time card upon request.

Employees who are found to have failed to record all time worked in the manner required by this subsection shall, upon complaint of the Union, and/or as a result of an audit under the January 24, 2005 Xxxxx Xxxxx Award, be disciplined as follows: - 1st violation - one (1) week suspension without pay - 2nd violation - two (2) weeks suspension without pay - 3rd violation - termination of employment. Time Clocks. The Company agrees to provide a method by which employees can record their time worked. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work and any other such recording as may be required by the Company. When the employee is required to punch in and out for coffee and lunch breaks, the employee will use any of the time clocks in the store. The Company will ensure the time clocks are properly functioning. Time Clocks that are not working properly should be reported to the department supervisor or the Store Manager who will make every effort to have the clocks repaired as soon as reasonably possible. All other clocks in the store will be set as close to the same time as possible by Store Management. The parties acknowledge that the above devices are not set on the same system nor will they be. The Company agrees to provide the information on time worked (TAS /Arrears reports) in an electronic form on a bi-weekly basis. A copy of the completed “Master Schedules” shall be forwarded to the Union on a bi-weekly basis. Any employee who for any reason fails to record all time worked in the manner required by Article 5.09 (4) shall be disciplined as follows: 1st violation: a written warning. 2nd violation: three (3) working days’ suspension without pay during one (1) week. Full-time employees will only be permitted to work two (2) days during such a week. For part-time employees, second violation to be one (1) calendar week up to a maximum of three (3) days. 3rd violation: two (2) weeks’suspension. 4th violation: t e r m i n a t i o n o f employment. The suspension shall take place within thirty (30) days of the notification from the Union in writing or such longer period as may mutually be decided between the Company and the Union, unless subject to the grievance procedure. Any such dispute shall be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Articles of this Agreement. Any employee terminated for the above reasons shall not be entitled to notice or pay in lieu of notice under the Termination Article of this Agreement. Management agrees to assume its full responsibility in seeing that all employees are compensated for all time worked.
Time Clocks. The Employer should furnish and maintain time clocks and time cards at each station. An Em­ ployee must punch the clock upon reporting in and at the end of his regular work day unless asked to work overtime, in which event the station manager shall approve such overtime work in writing upon the card, and the Employee shall punch out when he has completed the day’s work.
