During the course of your employment with the Company and at the date of termination thereof (hereinafter the “ Date of Termination”), you shall promptly disclose and deliver over to the Company, without additional compensation, in writing, or in such form and manner as the Company may reasonably require, the Disclosure Information defined in Section 9.1(9) hereinabove, to the extent that such disclosure could reasonably be expected to be of interest to the Company.
