Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon shall include all Reconex NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. Reconex’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when Reconex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at Reconex’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, Reconex’s critical contact information for Reconex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by Reconex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. Reconex shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Frontier shall include all Onvoy NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Frontier’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. Onvoy’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Frontier’s NXX information. In addition, when Onvoy is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at Onvoy’s request, Frontier shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, Onvoy’s critical contact information for Onvoy’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by Onvoy. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Frontier’s generally applicable policies. Onvoy shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Frontier by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon shall include all NUI NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. NUI’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when NUI is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at NUI’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, NUI’s critical contact information for NUI’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by NUI. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. NUI shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

BA will include all MFN NXX codes associated with the areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for BA’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes which are contained in the general reference portions of the directories. MFN’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as BA’s NXX information. In addition, when MFN is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end-users located within the geographic region covered by a specific directory, at MFN request, BA will include in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable white pages directories listings provided by MFN for MFN’s installation, repair and customer service and other essential local service oriented information, as agreed by the Parties, including appropriate identifying logo. Such listings shall appear in the manner agreed to by the Parties. MFN will be responsible for providing the necessary information to BA by the applicable close date for the particular directory. BA will provide MFN with the close dates and reasonable notice of any changes in said dates. BA shall not charge MFN for inclusion of this essential local service-oriented information, but reserves the right to impose charges on other information MFN may elect to submit and BA may elect to accept for inclusion in BA’s white pages directories.

BTLLC’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when BTLLC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLC’s critical contact information for BTLLC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLC, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. BTLLC shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when PNG is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at PNG’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, PNG’s critical contact information for PNG’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by PNG. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. PNG shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

BA will include all Covad NXX codes associated with the areas to which each directory pertains, along with BA's own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes which are contained in the general reference portions of the directories. Covad's NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as BA's NXX information. In addition, BA will include in the "Customer Guide" or comparable section of the applicable white pages directories listings provided by Covad for Covad's installation, repair and customer service and other essential service oriented information, as agreed by the Parties, including appropriate identifying logo. Such listings shall appear in the manner agreed to by the Parties. BA shall not charge Covad for inclusion of this essential service-oriented information, but reserves the right to impose charges on other information Covad may elect to submit and BA may elect to accept for inclusion in BA's white pages directories. BA will provide Covad with the annual directory close dates and reasonable notice of any changes in said dates.

MMG’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when MMG is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at MMG’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, MMG’s critical contact information for MMG’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by MMG. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. MMG shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
