Career Increment. Effective September 1, 2019, full-time teachers shall receive: $1213 annually beginning with their 15th year of service, $1550 annually beginning with their 20th year of service, $1887 annually beginning with their 25th year of service, and $2695 annually beginning with their 30th year of service as a teacher in the District.
Career Increment. 1. Teaching personnel who are at the maximum of either the BA+20 or the MA+30 columns shall be eligible to receive additional compensation for continuous teaching experience in the Great Falls Public Schools. Approved leaves of absence do not interrupt continuous service, nor do they count as credit toward career increment unless the teacher has fulfilled the Minimum School Year provision of this Agreement. Previously and properly granted credit toward career increment shall be retained, but future advancement shall be made under the terms of this Agreement.
Career Increment. Effective September 1, 1999, career increment will only be valid on the MA + 36 column. An individual who has been frozen on the MA+36 for 2 years is eligible for a $500.00 increment commencing with the start of the third year. Effective September 1, 2017, career increment will only be valid on the MA + 36 column. An individual who has been frozen on the MA+36 for 2 years is eligible for a $750.00 increment commencing with the start of the third year. Increments of $250 will be added after the completion of each additional three years of service with GPS.
Career Increment. A career employee will receive additional compensation at the rate of Five-Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each of the following career steps: 16th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 28th and 31st. At each level, 16th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 28th and 31st, the additional $500.00 will be added and remain a part of the salary.
Career Increment. Once a teacher-itinerant has completed twelve (12) years of service as a teacher- itinerant in the FED, the teacher-itinerant shall be eligible for an annual career increment of two-thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). The career increment shall be added to the teacher-itinerant’s annual salary, commencing immediately upon completion of the twelfth (12th) year.
Career Increment. Teachers with 18 to 21 years of service in the District as of June 30, 2010 and on the BA+45 Lane or above shall receive an additional salary of $1,000 per year over the Teacher’s placement on the salary schedule. A Teacher with 22 years or more of service in the District as of June 30, 2010 and on the BA+45 Lane or above shall receive an additional salary of $2,000 per year over the Teacher’s placement on the salary schedule. This payment is grandfathered to those staff receiving the increment in 2010-11. No additional increments will be given after July 1, 2011.
Career Increment. After fifteen (15) years of full-time service in the district, the ECFE teacher will receive an annual career increment. Part-time teachers who have taught in the district for fifteen (15) years will have their career increment prorated according to the part-time assignment.
Career Increment. The Association member’s shall receive career increment compensation based upon the Longevity Schedule in the Willmar Public Schools’ Administrators’ Association Agreement of $1,500 for five (5) years of service, $2,000 for ten (10) years of service and $2,500 for fifteen (15) years of service. This amount is in addition to the base salary indicated in Attachment A of this agreement and is independent of the negotiations process.
Career Increment. Beginning the year after the employee reaches the last salary cell in their educational column as specified on the salary schedule (Appendix B), the employee will receive a longevity increase of $350 per year, which will be cumulative. This amount will be paid in addition to the salary cell amount specified in the Appendix B salary schedule for that employee. The revised figure of $350 (previously $250) per year will begin with 1996-97 school year. An increase in base will not affect this longevity increase. If a teacher is employed less than full-time the amount of the longevity increase will be proportional to the time contracted for that year.
Career Increment. 18-1 An employee hired on or before April 1 and who is on the eighth step of the salary schedule shall receive an increase of 3.5 percent of the eighth step as a career increment on September 1 during their tenth year of continuous service. An employee hired after April 1 and who is on the eighth step of the salary schedule shall receive an increase of 3.5 percent on the eighth step as a career increment on September 1 after completion of their tenth year of continuous service.
