Treated Water definition

Treated Water means water that is treated by filtration and disinfection at any District water treatment facility.
Treated Water means seawater used in a depuration or wet storage facility that has been disinfected by either UV, ozone, chlorine/hypochlorite, iodophor, or other appropriate treatment. Treated water must contain no detectable E. coli after treatment.
Treated Water means potable water, including water that has been treated for the purpose of rendering it potable.

More Definitions of Treated Water

Treated Water means water that has been introduced by the Monroe County Water District into its water distribution system, including water offered for sale. Uses of treated water are classified as follows:
Treated Water means water that is fit for human consumption.
Treated Water means water treated for human consumption in accordance with standards set by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Treated Water means water that undergoes processing for human consumption.
Treated Water means water treated by Arlington so that it is potable water meeting the minimum water quality requirements for human consumption as prescribed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality or other appropriate regulatory agency with jurisdiction. Treated Water Transmission Line means the water transmission line that is funded by Kennedale up to the Delivery Point, and is to be installed in the general location identified and being wholly or partially constructed as shown in Exhibit A. Said line will be maintained by Kennedale, including replacement and repair costs. Should Arlington install said line at Kennedale’s expense, it shall be done at Arlington’s cost.

Treated Water means any Raw Water that has been treated and processed by the Operator through the Facilities in accordance with this Management Contract.
