REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL INDIGENOUS REFORM AGREEMENT. The review of the National Indigenous Reform Agreement will commence immediately after this Agreement comes into effect, with the scope and way in which it will be undertaken to be agreed by the Parties. The terms of reference for the review will include consideration of national legislation being developed to give effect to this Partnership Agreement and the agreed framework, targets and implementation arrangements for the next phase of Closing the Gap. THREE YEARLY INDIGENOUS LED EVALUATION OF CLOSING THE GAP COAG agreed to an Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander led three yearly comprehensive evaluation of Closing the Gap. The Joint Council will develop and agree the methodology and terms of reference for the review following consideration of a proposal from the Coalition of Peaks. SUPPORT FOR ABORIGINAL AND XXXXXX STRAIT ISLANDER PARTNERSHIP PARTICIPATION The Parties acknowledge the Coalition of Peaks need to be provided with adequate and ongoing financial support to enable them to engage and negotiate as equal partners within the formal Partnership Agreement, and this will be separate to their current funding as this is a new activity not covered by existing funding sources. The Coalition of Peaks will submit a single three yearly budget proposal to the Commonwealth for consideration. The first budget proposal will be submitted immediately when the Partnership Agreement comes in to effect. The budget proposal will cover the costs of the Coalition of Peaks participating in this Partnership Agreement and the Joint Council including policy and administration secretariat support, and travel costs. PARTNERSHIP GOVERNANCE The Parties recognise this partnership will evolve and mature over the life of the Partnership Agreement. To support continual improvements to the partnership, formal reviews of the Partnership Agreement will be undertaken at years three, six and nine with terms of the review to be agreed by the Parties. A Partnership Agreement Health Check will be held annually against success indicators set by the Parties. A Risk Register for the Partnership Agreement will be jointly developed, and reviewed at the annual Partnership Agreement Health Check. Each Party will report publicly each year on its Closing the Gap strategy, including on the Partnership Agreement. The Prime Minister will make an annual statement to the Commonwealth Parliament.   • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Quality Control Plan Within forty five (45) days after the design development documents are approved, the Design-Builder shall develop a quality control plan for the Project (the “Quality Control Plan”). A draft of the Quality Control Plan shall be submitted to the Department and shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.
