Return of Equipment upon Termination. If your HSI Service is terminated for any reason prior to the end of the first year of service and you received Equipment from Verizon, you must return the Equipment to Verizon or you will be charged for the Equipment. Except as set forth below, if your Fios Internet service is terminated for any reason and you received Equipment, you must return the Equipment to Verizon within 30 days, as instructed by Verizon, or you will be charged for the Equipment. Failure to return any Equipment you received from Verizon, or returning Equipment in a damaged condition (subject only to reasonable wear and tear), will result in the imposition of an Equipment fee that may be substantial. If the Equipment is affixed with a label which includes the following (or similar) message, “PROPERTY OF VERIZON. DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES,” then you must not return the Equipment and you will not be charged an Equipment fee as long as the Equipment is left in place in reasonable condition (subject only to reasonable wear and tear).
Return of Equipment upon Termination. If your Service is terminated for any reason and you received Equipment from LUS Fiber, you must promptly return the Equipment to LUS Fiber in satisfactory condition, except for ordinary wear and tear resulting from normal use, or you will be charged for the Equipment. In addition to any and all other rights available under applicable law, LUS Fiber reserves the right to withhold any refund due to you until your Equipment is returned to LUS Fiber in undamaged condition and to apply any refund due to you against the replacement cost of your Equipment which is not returned to LUS Fiber in undamaged condition.
Return of Equipment upon Termination. Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Sections 3.3 (a) or 3.3 (c), Lessee shall return the Equipment to Lessor in the condition, repair, appearance and working order required in Section 9.2 hereof in the following manner as may be specified by Lessor:

Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason the Lessee shall, at its sole cost, return the Equipment to the Lessor in accordance with the Lessor’s instructions, and if the Lessee fails to do so within ten (10) days the Lessor shall have the right to enter upon the premises where the Equipment may be and take possession of an remove it at the Lessee’s expense, all without legal process.
Return of Equipment upon Termination. Upon the termination of this Lease for any reason, Lessee shall at its cost, return the Equipment to Lessor at a place designated by Lessor and if Lessee fails to do so, Lessor shall have the right to peaceably enter upon the premises where the Equipment may be and take possession of and remove it at Lessee’s expense, all without legal process. In the event that, with or without the consent of Lessor, Lessee remains in the possession of or uses the Equipment after the expiration of the term of this Lease, all of the provisions of this Lease shall apply thereto unless and until the same has been surrendered pursuant to the terms of this clause or Lessor has relieved Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Equipment. Nothing in this clause shall have the effect of extending or renewing the term of this Lease. The Lessor has the right to renew or not renew the lease to the Lessee upon termination of this lease agreement.
Return of Equipment upon Termination. If Subscriber’s Service is terminated for any reason and Subscriber received Equipment from WVT, Subscriber must return the Equipment to WVT, either by mail or the main office building located at 00 Xxxx Xx., Xxxxxxx, X.X. 00000, or Subscriber will be charged for the Equipment; as in accordance with section 3 of this contract. Failure to return any Equipment Subscriber received from WVT, or returning Equipment in a damaged condition (subject only to reasonable wear and tear), will result in the imposition of an Equipment fee that may be substantial.
