Returning Equipment. Customer is encouraged to package the Equipment in the packaging material provided by Xxxxxxx with the replacement product to protect it from damage. Customer is responsible for the damage caused to the Equipment if returned Equipment is not sufficiently packaged to protect the Equipment from damage while in transit. All other services provided by this Agreement will be suspended until payment is received by Xxxxxxx for damaged Equipment.

Returning Equipment. The Contractor understands that they must return all equipment at the termination of their Contract. Equipment must be returned in good shape with normal wear and tear.
Returning Equipment. The school district is responsible to comply with a requirement to remove confidential information from the hard drives of each computer. Please do not remove the hard drives from the computers to accomplish this task. Each computer must be returned complete. It is permissible to swap defective parts between computers to make them work but the defective parts must be put back into the non- working computer before they are returned to the WNYRIC. • Please do not enclose surplus equipment in any type of box (with the exception of keyboards and mice). Putting the equipment in boxes hinders the process followed to surplus this equipment, which includes inspection of each piece. • On the day of surplus pick up please have all surplus assembled as close as possible to your loading dock or delivery location.
Returning Equipment. Upon termination of the Agreement, the County shall return the Equipment to the State. DFPC will deliver and pick up the Equipment unless DFPC specifically requests that delivery and return of the equipment be performed by the County. If this Agreement is terminated by the State pursuant to this §5(C), the State shall not be obligated to refund the Annual Fee or any portion thereof.
Returning Equipment. Any equipment provided to the participant for use at the alternate worksite(s) should be returned to the Agency generally within five business days from the end of the participant's participation in the Program, unless exigent circumstances exist. Returning Equipment. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all rental items are available for pick-up at the designated resort, hotel or vacation home on the date and time specified in the reservation. All rental items are to be returned to the xxxx stand or registration desk at the resort or hotel listed in the confirmation email. Kingdom reserves the right to charge the Client's card and Client agrees to allow the charge of $10 for each additional day or fraction of a day the rental item(s) is kept by the Client. Client agrees to contact Kingdom in the event of a delay in returning rental item(s) at the agreed upon time. It is the sole discretion of Kingdom as to whether a grace period may be granted. A $20 fee may be applied for return trips to pick up rental items if not returned at the agreed upon time as listed in the rental reservation or prearranged with Kingdom. (Returned items are to be brought to the xxxx stand or front desk and never to be left in rooms or inside vacation homes or condos ) Client agrees to contact Kingdom in the event that the rental item(s) are returned earlier than the agreed upon date of return. Failure to notify Kingdom will void any insurance taken on the stroller. Client may request a change of product for reasons of size or transportation issues. These requests are solely at the discretion of Kingdom based on product availability. Such requests are subject to a $10 fee per item. Damages to or loss of Equipment The Client shall accept for use, as is, the rental item(s) listed in the reservation, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in the Client's possession. This phone is a “managed” device by Derby City Council and Derby Homes. This phone is for the use of volunteering and furthering services to Derby Homes customers and scrutinising services.
