Responsible Care. Seller is committed to the principles set forth in the Responsible Care® initiative developed by and for members of the American Chemistry Council of the U.S.A. The goal of the initiative is to minimize adverse effects from chemical products on human health and the environment through adherence to safe and environmentally sound management practices. Seller has developed corporate guidelines to address these issues. Seller and Buyer agree to work together towards the goal of safe storage, handling, distribution, use and disposal of the Product. Seller and Buyer agree that they and their employees, agents and contractors will handle the Product in a safe and appropriate manner. Seller and Buyer will adequately train all of their employees, agents and contractors with respect to the use and handling of the Product, and Buyer promptly will notify Seller in the event of any reportable spills/releases of the Product.
Responsible Care as provided by compassionate employees who have been screened and trained to deliver outstanding care.
Responsible Care. Air Products and MMC shall comply in all material respects with the codes of practice of the Responsible Care® initiative as established and in effect from time to time hereafter by the Canadian Chemical Producers’ Association, in the case of MMC, and the American Chemical Manufacturers Association, in the case of Air Products. Either party may conduct audits of the other in accordance with Responsible Care®. The parties shall meet and cooperate in using reasonable efforts to take corrective actions where required.

Responsible Care. 11.1 Each of Buyer and Seller shall comply with all of the principles and codes of practice of the Responsible Care® initiative as established by the Canadian Chemical Producers Association (or other relevant body such as American Chemistry Council).

Each Customer is committed to support a continuing effort to improve the chemical industry's responsible management of chemicals by following the principles of the Responsible Care® initiative of the American Chemistry Council and the Responsible Care® initiative of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada, in each case as set forth in [*]. Becancour LP agrees to operate its business in a manner that is consistent with these principles or a similarly comprehensive health, safety and environmental program.
Responsible Care. VGSR intends to place each dog, including your Dog, in its care into a healthy, home/family environment. Adopter further understands that a German Shepherd does best where the dog can interact with family members. With that objective in mind, Xxxxxxx agrees to keep the Dog as a companion, and maintain the Dog in the family household. Adopter will not, for an extended period of time, keep the Dog in a crate, garage, or outside in a yard, pen, or tether, and will not confine the Dog in any other inappropriate manner. Adopter agrees to arrange for safe and adequate care or boarding arrangements for the dog including, but not limited to any period of time in which the dog would be left alone for more than twenty-four hours. Adopter agrees that the dog will not be attack trained, used for vivisection or for any experimental purpose. Adopter agrees not to give up the dog for use as food for other animals, for dog fighting or other sport in which one animal is pitted against another, or for the sport of hunting. Adopter agrees not to transport the dog in the open bed of a pickup truck, or in any manner that would endanger the dog during transportation.
Responsible Care. With respect to the operation of the Beaumont Facility, Terra shall comply with the applicable principles and codes of practice of the Responsible Care® initiatives in existence as of the date of execution of this Agreement as established by the American Chemistry Council or such principles and codes of practice that are the same or substantially similar to such Responsible Care® initiatives. Methanex may conduct assessments of the Beaumont Facility in accordance with principles or codes of practice upon providing 90 days written notice to Terra of its intent to conduct an assessment. After having conducted an assessment of the Beaumont Facility if Methanex is of the opinion, acting reasonably, that the Beaumont Facility is not operating in accordance with the principles and codes of practice of Responsible Care® initiatives or such codes of practice that are the same or substantially similar to such Responsible Care® initiatives then, upon the request of Methanex, the Parties shall meet and Terra shall cooperate with Methanex in using reasonable efforts to implement corrective steps to bring the Beaumont Facility into compliance with such principles and codes of practice.
