Chemical Products means all chemicals manufactured and/or marketed by

Chemical Products means admixtures, fibers, injection resins, grouts, waterproofing, concrete repair materials, tunnel boring machine chemicals and all other construction chemical products supplied by Normet to the Customer.

Chemical Products. (land use) means manufacturing establishments that produce or use basic chemicals and establishments creating products predominantly by chemical processes. Establishments classified in this major group manufacture three general classes of prod- ucts: (1) basic chemicals such as acids, alkalies, salts, and organic chemicals; (2) chemical products to be used in further manufacture such as synthetic fibers, plastic materials, dry colors, and pigments; and (3) finished chemical products to be used for ultimate consumption such as drugs, cosmetics, and soaps; or to be used as materials or supplies in other industries such as paints, fertilizers, and explosives. Also includes sales and trans- portation establishments handling the chemicals de- scribed above in other than one of the uses included in the retail trade group on the land use and permit tables. • Alternatively, Ildfast is entitled, before any delivery of the Products, without further justification, to demand a bank guarantee or other similar security in a form and value acceptable to Ildfast as a security for the correct payment of the Products or the Chemical Products to be delivered.

• Unless otherwise indicated by Ildfast, this insurance policy is valid world-wide and covers bodily injury or material damage caused to a third party by Products and Chemical Products supplied by Ildfast, in the event and to the extent according to mandatory product liability legislation Ildfast is held liable for the said injury or damage.

• The features and quality of the Chemical Products are determined in the documentation applicable to each Chemical Product (e.g. technical data sheet, material safety data sheet or corresponding documentation provided by Ildfast or referred by Ildfast or its suppliers.
