Safe Storage. Subject to the approval of the Master, SEAVISION shall ------------ safely stow for sea, and will maintain such safe stowage for sea, all stores and other of its property, as well as all equipment, furniture, or other items and any other property belonging to RCCL which SEAVISION may use to perform its obligations hereunder, or which otherwise may be in SEAVISION's control.

Borrower shall store all equipment, supplies and materials not affixed to or incorporated into the Improvements (a) on the Land or (b) with Administrative Agent’s prior approval, in a bonded warehouse, or other facility, acceptable to Administrative Agent and with such agreements and certifications as Administrative Agent may require to assure the perfected security interest therein, and in each case under adequate safeguard to minimize the possibility of loss, theft, damage or commingling with other property. Upon Administrative Agent’s request, Borrower will furnish an inventory of all such equipment, supplies and materials stored off the Land, specifying their location, and will furnish such other information, including any requisition, invoice, xxxx of sale, evidence of insurance, evidence of bond, and other documentation, as Administrative Agent may request. Administrative Agent, or its representatives, must have the right to inspect from time to time all such equipment, supplies, and materials not stored on the Land.

Safe Storage. Store all equipment, supplies, and materials owned by Borrower not affixed to or incorporated into the Improvements on the Land or in a bonded warehouse reasonably acceptable to Lender, in each case under adequate safeguard to minimize the possibility of loss, theft, damage, or commingling with other property. Within ten (10) business days after receipt of Lender’s written request, Borrower shall furnish an inventory of all equipment, supplies, and materials owned by Borrower and stored off the Land, specifying their location.

Do not store near incompatible materials (see Section 10 below). Keep away from moisture. Long-term storage in aluminum containers is not recommended, as calcium oxide may corrode aluminum over long periods of time

Safe Storage. The Carrier shall be responsible for the safe storage of the Vehicle at such times as it is not in use. If CSR provides premises at which the Carrier may leave the vehicle, CSR shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Vehicle or other property stored or used at the premises, except where such loss or damage is due to the wilful or negligent act or omission of CSR or its employees.
