Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. Where Representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, who are not bargaining unit members, require access to the Employer’s premises, permission will be requested in advance. The Employer will not unreasonably deny such request.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. A Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees may, with the approval of the General Manager, have access to the premises of the Employer, to conduct Union Business as defined within this collective agreement. It is understood that access may be limited to certain areas of the Home and such request for access shall not be unreasonably denied.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees a) With the prior approval of the Superintendent or Designate a representative of the Union shall be entitled to visit the worksite or school in order to deal with any matters arising out of the Collective Agreement provided in the opinion of the Division that these visits shall not result in disruption of activities carried on in the school or other worksite.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s)/advisor(s) shall have access to the Employer’s premises, as is reasonably necessary upon receiving express permission from the Executive Director or designate at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement, and such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. At any time where the Employer and representatives of the Union local are to meet, the Local shall be permitted to have the assistance of one or more Representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Employer will be advised of who will be in attendance prior to the meeting.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. With the knowledge of the Employer, representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees shall have access to the Employer’s place of business at any reasonable time in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance.
Representatives of Canadian Union of Public Employees. When dealing or negotiating with Canadian Union Promotions Inc., the Union shall have the right, at any time, to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall also have the right to any advisors who shall have access to Canadian Union Promotion Inc.’s premises, with written consent, in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement. Such consent shall not be unreasonably denied.

When dealing or negotiating with Union Digital Inc., the Union shall have the right, at any time, to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union shall also have the right to any advisors who shall have access to Canadian Union Promotion Inc.’s premises, with written consent, in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement. Such consent shall not be unreasonably denied.
