Renegotiation of the Agreement. (a) The parties agree to commence negotiations on a new Agreement no later than nine months prior to the termination of this Agreement.
Renegotiation of the Agreement. The Employer will commence negotiations for a replacement Enterprise Agreement with Employees and their representatives no later than 3 months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.
