Registered Software means a specific Object Pack on a specific Eligible Computer System, or LAN/USER Group, described in a registration file for which Registration has been completed, which displays a specific End User's company name and address, on a copyright and registration screen that displays upon initial accessing of the Licensed Software.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.
