Record of Meeting. A record of the ------------------- proceedings of each meeting of Beneficiaries of the Trust shall be prepared by the Secretary of the meeting. The record shall be signed and verified by the Secretary of the meeting and shall be delivered to the Trustee to be preserved by it. Any record so signed and verified shall be conclusive evidence of all the matters therein stated.

The Appointing Authority shall provide the necessary assistance to formulate, type, and distribute minutes of the discussions to the appropriate parties.
