Record of Meeting. A record of the proceedings of each meeting shall be prepared by the Secretary of the meeting and there shall be attached to such record the original reports of the Inspectors of Votes on any ballot. Any such record signed by a majority of the Trustees shall be con- clusive evidence of the matters stated therein.
