Recognition of the Bargaining Agent. 2.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for the members of the Bargaining Unit as defined by the Certification Order of the Nova Scotia Labour Relations Board dated April 30, 1991 with respect to all matters properly arising out of the terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement.
