Re-employment Assistance. The College agrees to assist persons laid off from the Bargaining Unit towards achieving re- employment by providing career counselling, job search assistance, and retraining opportunities through the application of existing College services.

Re-employment Assistance. 16. The Company will provide comprehensive re-employment assistance to all employees through the Company’s “Managing Your Career” (MYC) website. This program provides assistance in assessing an employee’s job interests, preparing resumes, improving job search strategies, mastering interviewing skills, and finding new employment. Access to the MYC website will be available for employees up to a maximum of eighteen (18) months after they are terminated.

  • EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE I understand that the College has not made and will not make any guarantees of employment or salary upon my graduation. The College will provide me with placement assistance, which will consist of identifying employment opportunities and advising me on appropriate means of attempting to realize these opportunities.   • Employee Assistance Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance are available from or through the Employer’s employee assistance program provider(s) (E.A.P.).

  • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employee participation in and/or referral to the EAP shall be voluntary and confidential, except as to any disclosures required by applicable state law. All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.

  • Post-Termination Assistance Upon the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, the Executive agrees to fully cooperate in all matters relating to the winding up or pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees of the Company following any termination of the Executives’ employment. The Executive further agrees that Executive will provide, upon reasonable notice, such information and assistance to the Company as may reasonably be requested by the Company in connection with any audit, governmental investigation, litigation, or other dispute in which the Company is or may become a party and as to which the Executive has knowledge; provided, however, that (i) the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for any related out-of-pocket expenses, including travel expenses, and (ii) any such assistance may not unreasonably interfere with Executive’s then current employment.

  • Re-employment An employee who resigns her position and within sixty (60) days is re-employed, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.

  • Outplacement Assistance 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000. The provision of such outplacement services reimbursement shall be subject to the terms of Section 9(c).
