New Employment. If the Executive secures new employment during the three-year period following termination of employment, the level of any benefit being provided pursuant to Section 3(f) hereof shall be reduced to the extent that any such benefit is being provided by the Executive's new employer. The Executive, however, shall be under no obligation to seek new employment and, in any event, no other amounts payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be reduced or offset by any compensation received from new employment or by any amounts claimed to be owed by the Executive to the Company or its affiliates.
New Employment. During the first six (6) months of employment, a new employee may use up to three (3) days of sick leave. After six (6) months, an employee may use any approved sick leave he/she has accrued.

New Employment. (l) Where the employment of an employee engaged in an activity of the University comes to an end because that activity is sold or transferred and the person who acquires that activity offers to employ that employee:

New Employment. It is the intention of the parties that the employment of all the Employees with the Vendor shall be terminated with effect from Completion and Employee Entitlements paid out by the Vendor. The Purchaser shall, before Completion, offer all the Employees employment with the Purchaser from Completion on terms and conditions no less favourable than those applying to the Employees prior to Completion and on a basis which preserves their accrued rights other than Employee Entitlements and continuity of employment and in all respects treats service before Completion as part of their service with the Purchaser.

New Employment. Employee shall notify, in writing, any prospective employer, partner, business associate or other entity with whom or which Employee is seeking employment, a partnership, or other business association, whether as an employee, a contractor or otherwise, of the restrictions in this Agreement.
New Employment. 1. A person newly employed by the Board shall be awarded a conditional employment contract until he has satisfactorily met the requirements of the law regarding a criminal background records check. If he does not meet all of the requirements of ORC §105.97 and 3319.39, his employment shall terminate immediately.
