Purpose of Manual. To document how the Board of Directors manages the business of Wildwood by The River Bayfield Camper’s Association. The Management Operating Manual was created to document procedures and policies used by the Board of Directors and Park employees in the day to day operation of the Park. The manual must be kept current to promote continuity between new and retiring Boards. Use of this manual is meant to ensure that all Shareholders are treated equally in the application and enforcement of rules, policies, and procedures. All motions made, seconded and carried have a moratorium of five years. Availability The Management Operating Manual is to be made available to any Shareholder requesting such information.
