Purchase of Additional Services. Customer may elect to purchase rights for additional Authorized Users, Web services and/or any other Results products or services, and/ from time to time. Such additional purchases shall be governed by the terms and conditions hereof.

The Clinician agrees that, absent the Company’s express written acceptance thereof, the terms and conditions contained in any Quotation Sheet or other document issued by the Clinician to the Company for the additional purchases, will not be binding on the Company if such terms and conditions are additional to or inconsistent with those contained in this Agreement.
