Additional Instances Sample Clauses
The "Additional Instances" clause allows for the creation or inclusion of more units, copies, or occurrences of a product, service, or obligation beyond those initially specified in the agreement. In practice, this clause might permit a customer to request extra licenses for software, additional deliveries of goods, or further performance of services under the same terms as the original contract. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the parties to expand the scope of their arrangement without needing to renegotiate the entire contract, thereby streamlining the process for scaling up as needs change.
Additional Instances. Licensee may copy the Software to create additional instances on additional physical or virtual servers and all such copies shall be subject to the terms of paragraph (a) of this section. Licensee may submit an Order to activate such instances of the Software pursuant to paragraph (b) of this section.
Additional Instances. If the Customer wishes to install additional instances of Perpetual Software in live production, the Customer may do so provided that the Customer obtains prior written consent from Park Assist.

Additional Instances. SailPoint provides Software Support for a single production instance of the Software. A customer may purchase Software Support for additional production instances of the Software (i.e., for Software installed at a different location or used concurrently in production with a different configuration) if the customer deploys additional production instances of the Software for an Affiliate, business unit, division or other group as allowed under the Agreement. For clarification, a customer’s establishment of a redundant or mirror site for backup, load share, or archive purposes does not count as a separate instance.
Additional Instances. Additional instances can be added to the subscription fee during the initial term and subsequent renewal periods. The fee for additional instances will be the rate on Perspectium’s website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ at the time of requesting additional instances. The fee for additional instances remains in force until the end of the 12-month initial term or subsequent 12 months renewal term. Only at the annual renewal date can additional instances be reduced back down. Fees for additional instances are payable monthly in accordance with 18.2. At the renewal date, unless we are notified by you thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date, the additional instances will be included in the subscription license fees and payable as per 18.2.
