Zoning Change definition

Zoning Change means the alteration or moving of a zone boundary; the reclassification of a lot, or parcel of land, from one zone to another; and the change of any of the regulations contained in this chapter.
Zoning Change means the action of an Owner to amend or seek to amend the DRI or any other Zoning Instruments or Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, by legislative changes, administrative changes, site plan approvals, variances, waivers or conditional/special use approval by any Governmental Authority.
Zoning Change means a change in the zoning for the Property approved by the County (and the City if necessary) permitting development of the Project.

Examples of Zoning Change in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate and be null and void if the City does not approve the Zoning Change on or before the 24th day of May 2022.

  • Within 120 days after City Council approval of the Zoning Change, Owner will have submitted a preliminary plat and tree preservation plan for the Property.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate and be null and void if the City does not approve the Zoning Change on or before the 13th day of December 2022.

  • Within 90 days after City Council approval of the Zoning Change, Owner will have submitted a preliminary plat and tree preservation plan for the Property.

  • Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to diligently and expeditiously pursue the Zoning Change.

  • Buyer hereby agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts, at its sole cost and expense, to take all necessary action to cause the zoning for the Miami Herald Building Site to be reclassified from C-2 to SD-6 (the "Zoning Change").

  • Accounting Change refers to any change in accounting principles required by the promulgation of any rule, regulation, pronouncement or opinion by the Financial Accounting Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or, if applicable, the SEC.

  • Step Up Rating Change means the first public announcement by S&P or, if applicable, any other Rating Agency appointed by or with the consent of Heimstaden Bostad, of a decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt to below BBB- (in the case of S&P) or below Baa3 (in the case of Moody's) or below BBB- (in the case of Fitch). For the avoidance of doubt, any further decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt below BBB- in the case of S&P or, if applicable, below Baa3 in the case of Moody's or below BBB- in the case of Fitch and in respect of any other Substitute Rating Agency, an equivalent rating or below shall not constitute a further Step Up Rating Change.
