Properties or Assets definition

Properties or Assets means the Acquired Companies’ properties or assets used for operations and shall not include the Subject Property or any REO Property.5

  • Program Assets means any assets, goods or property (real, tangible or intangible) purchased or financed in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding.
