Limited International Bidding (LIB): The contracts for the supply of consultant services for one Management Adviser and one Agricultural Adviser in the AP sub-Programme shall be awarded following LIB procedures on the basis of an evaluation and comparison of bids/applications invited from a list of at least three qualified suppliers from different Member States of the Fund.
