Cleaning Services. Students living in affiliated housing, Independence Plaza, Falls Center and the Townhouses are responsible for any and all housekeeping duties within their assigned unit, including the bathrooms. Students living in the residence halls are responsible for all housekeeping duties within their assigned rooms. Housekeeping is provided for common areas only (lounges, hallways, bathrooms, etc.)

Cleaning Services. Tenant agrees that they will not permit window cleaning or other exterior maintenance and janitorial services in and for the Premises to be performed, without the prior approval of Landlord.
Cleaning Services. The UNIVERSITY agrees to provide cleaning service for the common areas (lounges, hallways, and bathrooms) of each residence hall.

Cleaning Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, equipment, materials, travel and per diem, transportation, permits, licenses, non-consumable supplies, waste removal and disposal, and every other item of expense necessary to provide services as identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations listed on Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions/Facilities. The Contractor shall provide services as the TERTIARY provider. When services are requested by CDCR, the “primary” Contractor, defined as the lowest responsible bidder will be contacted by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee first. IF and ONLY IF the primary Contractor is unable to provide services, the “secondary” Contractor, defined as the second lowest responsible bidder will be contacted. This process will be repeated based on the number of Agreements awarded and will take place each time the Contractor is contacted for services.
Cleaning Services. Tenant shall be responsible throughout the term of the Lease for supplying cleaning services to the Premises, which cleaning services shall be of a type and kind prevalent in other first class office buildings in the Albany, New York area. Landlord shall be responsible for supplying the same standard of cleaning service in the Building common areas, the cost of which shall be treated as a Landlord Operating Expense.
Cleaning Services. In addition to the rental charge, an additional fee of $50.00 will be added for the clean-up of the rental area. This includes cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, Tea Room, outside area and any additional area that the renter may have utilized during use of the property. If additional charges above the $ 50.00 fee are needed, the Xxxxxxx House Association reserves the right to assess said fees to the renter in order to make the facility compliant with all codes and standards set by the Town of Marshfield and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
