Process for Participation a. Any eligible entity defined above interested in becoming a Participating Entity shall submit a signed CES Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
Process for Participation. MO-PCN may offer participation in a Program to Pharmacist by giving Pharmacist written or electronic notice of the Program together with a copy of the related Program Addendum. At MO-PCN’s discretion, Program Addenda may be posted electronically to a web site to which MO- PCN has granted Pharmacist access. Not later than thirty (30) days after MO-PCN shall give written or electronic notice to Pharmacist of a Program Addendum, Pharmacist agrees to deliver a written response to MO-PCN which shall state either that Pharmacist agrees to the terms of the Program Addendum or the Pharmacist does not agree to the terms of the Program Addendum. In the event Pharmacist shall not respond to any such notice, Pharmacist shall be deemed to have not agreed to the terms of such Program Addendum.
