Association Participation. Employee Represented - The Board acknowledges the right of the Association's grievance representative to participate in the processing of a grievance at any level, and no employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association's representative is not present.

The Association acknowledges the right of the Employee to present grievances and have them adjusted without the intervention of the Association’s representative. No Employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association’s representative is not present. If the Employee chooses to have the grievance adjusted without the intervention of the Association’s representative, the Association shall be notified and given the opportunity to have its representative present at such adjustment.
