Preventive and Routine Cleaning and Maintenance Program. Concessionaire shall be responsible for preventive and routine cleaning and maintenance of all assets within the Premises, whether built by Concessionaire or City, from the commencement date through the expiration of the Term. No less than thirty (30) days prior to the opening of any portion of the Premises, Concessionaire shall establish a preventive and routine cleaning and maintenance program for the Premises, including but not limited to the list of item below. The provisions of the program shall be subject to the initial written approval of and periodic review by City. Upon request by City, Concessionaire shall provide City a written schedule of Concessionaire’s cleaning and maintenance program.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements.
