Plumbing Sample Clauses

Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.
Plumbing. Tenant will only use plumbing fixtures for the purpose for which they are constructed. Tenant will pay for all damages resulting from any misuse by Tenant of plumbing fixtures.
Plumbing. The toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, waste pipes and drains shall not be used for any purposes other than those for which they were constructed and designed, nor shall any sweepings, rubbish, rags or any other improper articles be thrown into them. Any damage caused by the misuse of such equipment shall be repaired at the expense of the Licensee by whom or upon whose premises it shall have been caused.
Plumbing. No plumbing facilities shall be used for any purpose other than that for which they were designed, and no foreign substance of any kind shall be thrown therein, and the expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from a violation of this provision by the Tenant or by any persons for whom the Tenant is responsible shall be borne by the Tenant. No garburators shall be installed by the Tenant without the prior written approval of the Landlord.
Plumbing. Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which they were constructed. No sweeping, rubbish, rags, or other unsuitable materials may be thrown or placed in plumbing fixtures or appliances. The cost of any stoppage or damage resulting from negligence or improper use of these fixtures and appliances by Lessee or Lessee’s agents, employees, family, invitees, licensees, or visitors shall be paid for by the Lessee.

The expense of any breakage, stoppage or other damage relating to the plumbing and resulting from the introduction by Lessee, its agents, employees, or invitees of foreign substances into the plumbing facilities shall be borne by Lessee.
Plumbing. Tenant must observe strict care and caution that all water faucets and water apparatus are shut off before Tenant or its employees leave the Building to prevent waste or damage. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by Tenant shall be paid by Tenant and Landlord shall not in any case be responsible therefor.
Plumbing. What is a Covered Repair? Repair or replacement of the following inside Your Home, for which You have sole responsibility, that is damaged due to normal wear and tear: • The partially or permanently blocked or leaking Plumbing pipes that carry fresh water. What is the maximum amount We will pay for Covered Repairs? • Up to $2,000 per Term (“Benefit Limit”). • Multiple Service Calls up to the Benefit Limit. See “What is a Service Call?” below. What restoration is included? • Restoration to any area disturbed by the Covered Repair is limited to filling, raking, and reseeding of grass, reinstallation of existing soft landscaping and shrubbery, and patching of paved surfaces. • Debris will be removed from the restoration area.
