Premises & Rent. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as rent for the sublet of the Premises hereunder, an amount equal to, but not more than, the rent as defined in and payable by Lessor to the Landlord under the Premises Lease (the "Premises Rent"). The Premises Rent will be due and payable monthly, in advance, on the first day of each month during the Term hereof (or as otherwise provided under the Premises Lease). All payments of Premises Rent (and other amounts payable by Lessee under this Sublease) shall be paid to Lessor in the same manner as provided in Section 4.1 above with respect to Equipment Rent, without any deduction, reduction, abatement or set-off, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Lessor.
Premises & Rent. The rent is 68 Yuan per month each square meters (including property management fee). The rent shall increase by 5% annually on the basis of the rent in previous year from the second year, i.e. rent of the first year is 68 Yuan per month each square meters, that of the second year is 71.4 Yuan per month each square meters and that of the third year is 74.97 Yuan per month each square meters

Premises & Rent. The Landlord lets to the Tenant the Premises specified in item 5 in the schedule together with those items indicated in the schedule, for which the Rental shall be the amount specified in item 6 in the schedule of which the first instalment is payable on the date specified in item 7 of the schedule and payable by the Tenant to the party specified in item 8 in the schedule.
Premises & Rent. 1.1 Landlord hereby rents to the Tenant 250 Parking spaces (100 Reserve spaces and 150 Random Reserve spaces), as further described in Attachment “A” to this Agreement, in the Parking Structure commonly known as , at , , MI (the “Premises”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Tenant shall be permitted to use the Premises on a 24-hour basis, seven (7) days a week. With the non-exclusive use of the common elements appurtenant to the Premises including entrances, ramps, stairwells, elevators, and any elevated enclosed pedestrian bridge. Temporary overnight parking and motor pool overnight parking will be permitted in the Premises. The Premises shall not be used for the repair, maintenance or long-term storage of vehicles.
