Point Allotments. (a) The Annual Point Allotment Per Employee will be based on the total dollar value of the items listed in the standard issue list set out in Section 1. Based on present costs, excluding applicable taxes, and the frequency of distribution, this point allotment is set at forty (40) per Employee per year, with one (1) point representing $10.00.

Point Allotments. (a) The Annual Point Allotment Changes to Annual Point Allotment will be effective on January 1st in the year following the implementation of a renewal collective agreement. The Annual Point Allotment per Employee will be based on the current total dollar value of the items listed in the standard issue list set out in Article 17:01 (d). This cost is excluding any applicable taxes. The current total dollar value shall be multiplied by 38.19% and then divided by 2.5 to arrive at the Annual Point Allotment. One (1) point is $2.50.
