This enables management to specify the unique need and receive a report that provides: • Education/Skills • Experience with specific systems • Professional certifications and licenses • Specific customer experience • Professional Memberships Our employment process is designed to streamline the personnel requisition process. UDT has invested in specialized recruiting professionals to develop our rapid response process to handle all hiring needs. This entire process is managed using a centralized requisition distribution and candidate submittal approach resident in our talent profile and reporting system. Our process includes: ▪ Review the requested resource technical qualification(s) ▪ Identify any secondary or additional technical skills that may be needed ▪ Review internal resource availability and identify our capabilities to fill the request ▪ Identify any 3rd Party resource needs if our internal staffing is not available ▪ Provide results from internal interviews, background checks and rankings ▪ Collect a portfolio of resources that will be provided UDT’s Requirements/Needs Process Identify Requirements/Client Needs – the process of establishing staffing requirements through the generation of a WBS, schedule, and BOE for each order. This process defines labor categories, exceptional skills, and timing requirements, which are loaded into the staffing requirement form, initiating the recruiting process across all members of UDT. Resource identification is led by contract-assigned management. They team with the Centralized PMO and the HR business unit when a new requirement is received to identify available resources, including appropriate team personnel who best fulfill the requirements identified in the task order. This team maximizes the value to customers by balancing technical expertise, system collaboration requirements, the desired end state, and metrics for success.
