Common use of Personal Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave of Absence. 25.01 A personal leave of absence, without pay, for a valid reason, acceptable to the Company, may be granted for a period not to exceed up to Six (6) calendar months, provided such leave does not disturb the efficiency of the employee’s work area, or plant, and such application is made to the Plant Manager or his designate at least five (5) days prior to the leave of absence, in writing, and written approval is obtained from the Plant Manager or his designate. The Company agrees to consider all requests under this Article, for all employees, in a fair and equitable manner.

Personal Leave of Absence. 25.01 22.01 A personal leave of absence, without pay, for a valid reason, acceptable to the Companycompany, may be granted for a period not to exceed up to Six one (61) calendar months, provided such leave does not disturb the efficiency of the employee’s work area, or plantmonth, and such application is made to the Plant Manager Manager, or his designate representative, at least five (5) days prior or as soon as possible to the leave of absence, in writing, and written approval is obtained from the Plant Manager Human Resource Manager, or his designaterepresentative. The Company agrees to consider all requests under this Article, for all employees, in a fair and equitable manner. The company may extend the leave of absence. Leaves extended beyond 180 days will be mutually agreed by the company and the union.

Personal Leave of Absence. 25.01 24.01 A personal leave of absence, absence without pay, pay for a valid reason, acceptable to the Company, reason may be granted for a period not to exceed up to Six two (62) calendar months, provided such leave does not disturb the efficiency of the employee’s 's work area, area or plant, plant and such application is made to the Plant Manager or his designate representative at least five ten (510) working days (unless waived by the Company) prior to the leave of absence, absence in writing, writing and written approval is obtained from the Plant Manager or his designatetheir representative. Any extension will be by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union. The Company agrees to consider all requests under this Article, for all employees, in Plant Chairperson will be given a fair copy of any approved leave of absence and equitable mannerextension.

Personal Leave of Absence. 25.01 26.01 A personal leave of absence, without pay, for a valid reason, reason acceptable to the Company, may be granted for a one (1) period per contract year, that in total, is not to exceed up to Six one hundred and twenty (6120) calendar monthsdays per the life of the CBA, provided such leave does not disturb the efficiency of the employee’s work area, or plant, and such application is made to the Plant Manager manager or his designate representative at least five (5) days prior to the leave of absence, in writing, and written approval is obtained from the Plant Manager or his designaterepresentative. The Company agrees to consider all requests under this Article, for all employees, in a fair and equitable manner.

The Company agrees to consider all requests under this Article, for all employees, in a fair and equitable mannerEmergency cases of Leave of Absence will receive additional consideration.
