Local Union Leave. The Employer agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to employees selected by the Union to attend Union business, including conferences and conventions. The aggregate total number of days of leave, including Provincial Committee Leave, will not exceed sixty-five (65) working days in a calendar year.
