Period of Supply. The provision of Services by the Service Provider in respect of a Path or a Service (as applicable) will commence at 06:00 hours on the Start Date and end at 05:59 hours on the Day following the End Date (Period of Supply).
Period of Supply i) The minimum period for supply of electrical energy shall not be less than FIVE years commencing from the date of supply/date of signing the agreement or not more than validity of the license period of Distribution Licensee. This is however subject to the right of the BEST Undertaking and the Distribution Franchisee to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.
Period of Supply. The obligation of the SELLER in regard to the delivery of the amounts of CONTRACTED ENERGY will begin on the 1st January 2010 and end on December 31st 2016.

It includes the Account Owner, Authorised Users or any agents, employees or representatives of the Customer who are natural persons. It does not include Customer Data or any pseudonymised or anonymised data, in terms of this Contract. Scope of Engagement; the specification of functionality the Customer is entitled to under this Contract, as set out in Appendix 1 to the Letter of Engagement.
Period of Supply. The Quantity of Energy shall be supplied by the Seller for a Period of fifteen (15) years, starting on January 1, 2022, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Period of Supply. Unless otherwise specified in the Order Confirmation, the agreement for the supply of the Services shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date the Seller issues an Order Confirmation. Once accepted by an Order Confirmation, no Order is capable of being cancelled by the Customer except with the Seller’s consent in writing. In the event of the Seller agreeing to a cancellation request, it may, without prejudice to its other rights, require the Customer to pay a cancellation charge (such cancellation charge to correspond to the type of Service Ordered).
