Period of Confidentiality. The obligations under this clause 17 continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement:
Period of Confidentiality. 26.9. The obligations under this clause 26 will continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement for the period agreed by the Parties in writing in respect of an item of Confidential Information. No reduction in obligations relating to Personal Information
Period of Confidentiality. 8.3.1. The obligations under this clause 8 in relation to an item of information described in Item 18 [Service Provider’s Confidential Information] continue for the period set out there in respect of that item.
Period of Confidentiality. Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to the terms of this Agreement until such time as it ceases to be characterized as Confidential Information under Section 16.3.
Period of Confidentiality. CONSULTANT’s obligations of confidentiality regarding VANDERBILT’s Confidential Information shall survive the termination of the Schedule to this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. This clause 9 survives the termination of this Agreement and continues indefinitely or until the Confidential Information no longer meets the requirements of being Confidential Information under this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. 8.5.1 The obligations under this clause 8 [Confidentiality] will continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of an Activity or this Agreement:
Period of Confidentiality. The obligations of confidentiality stated in this Agreement with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and shall continue in full force and effect until the earliest of the following should occur: (a) such confidential information has become available to the general public through no fault of the Construction Manager, or (b) such confidential information is received by the Construction Manager from third parties who are in lawful possession of such and who by such disclosures are not breaching any obligation owed to the University, or (c) such confidential information is disclosed by the Construction Manager under legal compulsion from any governmental/regulatory agency having jurisdiction to request such information; provided, however, that the Construction Manager shall notify the University prior to any such disclosure that confidential information is being disclosed to the governmental/regulatory agency involved.
Period of Confidentiality. The restrictions on use, disclosure and reproduction of Confidential Information set forth in Section 5.1 will, with respect to Confidential Information that constitutes a “trade secret” (as that term is defined under applicable law), be perpetual, and will, with respect to other Confidential Information, remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement and for three years following the termination of this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. RECIPIENT agrees that for a period of five (5) years from the effective date of this Agreement, RECIPIENT wiII not disseminate the confidentiaI information except to it’s employees who will be directly involved in the evaluation of the information, and furthermore RECIPIENT will use the same degree of care (but in no event less than reasonable care) to avoid disclosure or unauthorized use of such information as RECIPIENT employs with respect to confidentiaI information of its own.
