Section 16.3. 16 For purposes of calculating daily hours, time worked shall be rounded to the next one-quarter (¼) hour.
Section 16.3. 33 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 34 parties in writing.
Section 16.3. 2 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 3 and conditions of Article XVI, Section 16.10. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 4 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
Section 16.3. 47 The longevity credit so transferred shall be applicable to all benefits herein, including Schedule A,
Section 16.3. 2 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle on District business during 3 working hours, shall be reimbursed for such travel on a per-mile basis at the rate of the prevailing District 4 rate.

Section 16.3. 40 This Agreement shall be reopened as necessary to consider the impact of any legislation enacted which 41 occurs following execution of this Agreement. Either party may demand the contract be reopened 42 when legislation enacted affects the terms and conditions herein or creates authority to alter personnel 43 practices in public employment. 44
Section 16.3. 10 If any provision of this Agreement, or the application of any such provisions is held invalid, the 11 remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
