Such reports shall include, at a minimum, a complete list of donors and the amount of donations from each donor or the specific type of in-kind gift donated. No later than June 1, 2011, June 1, 2012, and July 2, 2012, the Contractor shall transfer, as specified in Exhibt B, all funds and interest raised, less the allowed fifteen percent administrative fee under §7, to the State as specified in CRS § 2-3-1304.3 and any amendments to such provisions. Funds transferred to the state under this §8 and Exhibit B shall be transmitted to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Capitol Dome Restoration Trust Fund created in CRS § 2-3-1304.3 (6) and any amendments to such provisions.
