Payment of Vacation Pay Prior to Vacation. Employees shall be entitled to be paid their vacation fourteen (14) calendar days prior to commencement of their vacation, upon request, provided that such pay requests are for at least two (2) weeks or greater.

Payment of Vacation Pay Prior to Vacation. An employee who seeks to receive their vacation pay prior to the commencement of their vacation will be paid the applicable vacation pay provided the employee delivers an approved Request for Vacation form to the Employer’s payroll department at least three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of their vacation.
