Annual Vacation Pay Clause Samples
The Annual Vacation Pay clause defines the employer’s obligation to compensate employees for vacation time accrued over the course of a year. Typically, this clause outlines the rate at which vacation pay is calculated—often as a percentage of regular earnings—and specifies when and how the payment is made, such as during the vacation period or as a lump sum at a certain time. Its core function is to ensure employees receive fair compensation for their entitled time off, promoting compliance with employment standards and supporting employee well-being.
