Patient Communications Sample Clauses

Patient Communications. Through the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services and/or its instructions, user guides, operating manuals, training materials, product/service descriptions, product/service specifications, technical manuals, reference guides, supporting materials, and other information relating to the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services included therein, and including all subsequent revisions and additions thereto (the “Documentation”), Monkey may provide the Customer with sample communication forms and templates applicable to different circumstances (e.g., medical prescription, visit report, etc.). Customer acknowledges and agrees that Monkey and its suppliers are not health care providers, the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services only provide sample forms and templates, and that each provider is solely responsible for drafting or completing, customising and authorising final versions of any communication form used by Customer and for ensuring compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, regulations and industry standards, and the professional ethical guidelines which may apply to such communications.

Patient Communications. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to prohibit or discourage Ancillary Provider from discussing with or communicating to a current, prospective, or former patient, or patient’s designee, information or opinions regarding: (1) the patient’s health care, including but not limited to the patient’s medical condition or treatment options, including alternative medications, regardless of BCBSTX coverage limitations; or (2) the provisions, terms, requirements or services of BCBSTX as they relate to the medical needs of the patient.
Patient Communications. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to prohibit or discourage Medical Group from discussing with or communicating in good faith to a current, prospective or former patient, or patient’s designee, information or opinions regarding: (1) the patient’s health care, including, but not limited to, the patient’s medical condition or treatment options, including alternative medications, regardless of BCBSTX coverage limitations; or (2) the provisions, terms, requirements or services of the BCBSTX as they relate to the medical needs of the patient.
Patient Communications. As necessary to carry out Caravan’s obligations under the Program Agreements, or for any other outreach approved by Participant to Participant’s patients, Participant agrees that Caravan and/or any Caravan Affiliate may communicate in any permissible form (e.g., call, text, email, etc.) to such patients for purposes and coordination of their healthcare and such communications may be conducted by medical professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses, etc.), non-medical professionals (e.g., patient engagement coordinators, schedulers, etc.), by analog or technological/electronic means, or a combination thereof, as applicable depending on Caravan or the Caravan Affiliate conducting outreach and the objective(s) of the communication, so long as the communication complies with applicable law (each, a “Patient Communication” and collectively, “Patient Communications”). For subcontractors other than Caravan Affiliates, Caravan will seek Participant’s consent(s), as applicable, for each subcontractor, which Participant will not unreasonably withhold.
Patient Communications. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in the Agreement or in this Amendment is intended to interfere with or hinder communications between health care provider(s) and Members regarding patient treatment. Physician will discuss with Members their health status and all medical care and treatment options which Physician and/or the Member's treating physician deems clinically necessary and appropriate, regardless of any coverage or payment determination(s) made or to be made by Humana.
Patient Communications. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to interfere with or hinder communications between DENTIST and Members regarding patient treatment. DENTIST will discuss with Members their health status and all dental care and treatment options which DENTIST and/or Member deems clinically necessary and appropriate, regardless of any coverage or payment determination(s) made or to be made by HumanaDental.

  • Public Communications Prior to the Closing Date, the Company will not issue any press release or other communication directly or indirectly or hold any press conference with respect to the Company, its condition, financial or otherwise, or the earnings, business, operations or prospects of any of them, or the offering of the Securities, without the prior written consent of the Placement Agent, unless in the reasonable judgment of the Company and its counsel, and after notification to the Placement Agent, such press release or communication is required by law, in which case the Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to allow the Placement Agent reasonable time to comment on such release or other communication in advance of such issuance.
