Only provide. Relevant Aid to a Relevant Enterprise when satisfied that doing so will not raise the total amount of Relevant Aid received by that Relevant Enterprise (valued on a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ equivalent basis) from us or any other public source above the De Minimis Threshold;
Only provide. Authorised Users with access to the Services via the access method provided by ▇▇▇ and shall not provide access to (or permit access by) anyone other than an Authorised User; and
Only provide a Sonic-approved toy premium that is appropriate for the age of the child; make a Sonic-approved all-age toy premium available upon customer request; and, except in the case of an all-age toy premium provided as appropriate, only offer the Sonic-approved toy premium corresponding to the Sonic-designated promotion.
Only provide. Red Cross issued Course completion certificates, using Red Cross-approved systems and forms, to students who have successfully completed a Course that has been administered by the required number of Instructors and otherwise in compliance with the Policies and this Agreement (it being understood that Red Cross may, in addition to other remedies, invalidate any Course completion certification not issued in conformity with this section).

Only provide. Authorised Users with access to the Subscribed Services via Cashfac supported browser and shall not provide access to (or permit access by) anyone other than an Authorised User;
