Program Agreements definition
Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty, if any, the Custodial Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, each Underlying Entity Agreement, if any, the Administration Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if any, the Netting Agreement, the Custodial Account Control Agreement, each Holdback Account Control Agreement, if any, each Power of Attorney, each Servicing Agreement, if any, and each Servicer Notice, if any.
Program Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).
Program Agreements means this Agreement, Subservicer Side Letter Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, the Base Indenture, the PC Repurchase Agreement, the Participation Agreement and the Series 2021-SAVF1 Indenture Supplement.
Examples of Program Agreements in a sentence
The parties hereto have entered into this Amendment solely to amend the terms of the Repurchase Agreement and do not intend this Amendment or the transactions contemplated hereby to be, and this Amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby shall not be construed to be, a novation of any of the obligations owing by Seller or any other party under or in connection with the Repurchase Agreement or any of the other Program Agreements.

Program Agreements means the Guaranty Agreement, the Loan Origination Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, and the Deposit and Security Agreement, all as heretofore amended and extended in the Prior Amendments, and including all Exhibits and Schedules thereto, including, without limitation, the Program Guidelines.
Program Agreements means, collectively, the Servicing Agreement, the Servicer Notice, the Custodial Agreement, this Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if entered into, and, with respect to each Exception Mortgage Loan, a Purchase Confirmation.
