Program Agreements definition

Program Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty, if any, the Custodial Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, each Underlying Entity Agreement, if any, the Administration Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if any, the Netting Agreement, the Custodial Account Control Agreement, each Holdback Account Control Agreement, if any, each Power of Attorney, each Servicing Agreement, if any, and each Servicer Notice, if any.

Program Agreements means, collectively, the Pricing Side Letter, the Servicing Agreement, if any, the Servicer Notice, if any, the Custodial Agreement, this Agreement and the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if entered into.

Program Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).

Examples of Program Agreements in a sentence

• For any assigned Program Agreements: (A) Licensor shall be solely responsible for all Losses arising from, or relating to, any such agreement as a result of, or in connection with, events or occurrences prior to the date of such assignment; and (B) Novartis shall be solely responsible for any and all Losses arising from, or relating to, any such agreement as a result of, or in connection with, events or occurrences on or after the date of such assignment.

More Definitions of Program Agreements

Program Agreements means the Guaranty Agreement, the Loan Origination Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, and the Deposit and Security Agreement, all as heretofore amended and as heretofore extended pursuant to an Extension Agreement dated November 1, 2002, and including all Exhibits and Schedules thereto, including, without limitation, the Program Guidelines.

Program Agreements means, collectively, this Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Master Repurchase Agreement, the Monitoring Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Custodial Agreement, the Custodial Acknowledgment, the Intercreditor Documents and, with respect to each Eligible Asset, the Confirmation.

Program Agreements means this Agreement, Subservicer Side Letter Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, the Base Indenture, the PC Repurchase Agreement, the Participation Agreement and the Series 2021-PIAVF1 Indenture Supplement.

Program Agreements means the Memorandum of Understanding and the Funding Agreement.

Program Agreements means the agreements entered into from time to time between Servicer (or its Affiliates) and Program Merchants under which Servicer provides clerical, ministerial, and administrative services to Lenders in their origination of loans for the benefit of Lender.
