Purchases made by Polaris from Kolorfusion for Printed Goods shall only be used upon OEM Parts and Accessory Parts for Polaris vehicles.
Sales of Manufacturer's OEM Parts or Products not included in this Agreement to other Distributors or Manufacturers in the Territory is not restricte d in accordance with paragraph 3.3 above.
