Parking Maintenance. Workers The regular hours of work for Parking Maintenance Workers shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., with one-half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday inclusive.

Parking Maintenance. Parking Deck operators shall perform all required maintenance necessary to keep the Licensee Parking Areas (which does not include the City’s parking garage) in first-rate condition including, but not limited to, snow removal, patching and filling, resurfacing and restriping, gates and gate upkeep (if applicable), fencing and fence upkeep and lighting. The City will reimburse the Parking Deck operators for the costs of maintaining the Shared Parking Areas incurred during the time that the City is entitled to use those areas (September 15 through April 1).
Parking Maintenance. Hardball shall perform all required maintenance necessary to keep the Hardball Parking Areas (which does not include the City's parking garage) in first-rate condition including, but not limited to, snow removal, patching and filling, resurfacing and restriping, gates and gate upkeep (if applicable), fencing and fence upkeep and lighting. The City will reimburse Hardball for the costs of maintaining the Shared Parking Areas incurred during the time that the City is entitled to use those areas (September 15 through April 1).
Parking Maintenance. Landlord shall cause to be maintained, an automobile parking area ("Parking Area") within the Project for the benefit and use of the visitors and patrons and employees of Tenant, and other tenants and occupants of the Project. The Parking Area shall include the automobile parking stalls, driveways, entrances, exits, sidewalks and attendant pedestrian passageways and other areas designated for parking. Landlord shall have the right and privilege of determining the nature and extent of the Parking Area, and of making such changes to the Parking Area from time to time which in its opinion are desirable and for the best interests of all persons using the Parking Area, provided however that the parking allocation set forth in Exhibit F shall not be reduced or adversely impacted except by improvements, temporary repairs and maintenance. Nothing contained in this Lease shall be deemed to create liability upon Landlord for any damage to motor vehicles of visitors or employees, unless ultimately determined to be caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, its agents, servants and employees. Unless otherwise instructed by Landlord, every user of the Parking Area shall park and lock his or her own motor vehicle. Landlord shall also have the right to establish, amend and enforce against all users of the Parking Area reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may deem necessary and advisable for the proper and efficient operation and maintenance of the Parking Area subject to the rights of Tenant as specified herein.
