Stadium. (i) FIFA will select at least one (1) Stadium in each host city of the Competitions, including in the Host City. The Host City shall support and assist FIFA and the LOC in connection with the selection process of such Stadium in relation to the Competitions in such manner as requested by FIFA and/or the LOC, which may include the provision of any relevant information on public transportation, local security and any other matters of interest, the provision of maps as well as the attendance of inspection tours, further workshops and meetings by key personnel and representatives of the Host City. (ii) The Host City shall further support and assist FIFA and the LOC in connection with the use and operation of the Stadium and undertakes to fully co-operate with, and assist, FIFA and the LOC in the provision of all infrastructure requirements in connection with the Stadium and within the Host City in order to facilitate the use and operation of the Stadium for the Competitions. Further details on their cooperation in this respect shall be agreed in good faith between the Host City, the LOC and FIFA at a later stage.

Stadium. The baseball/all-purpose stadium, known on the Effective Date as ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Stadium, which is situated within the Stadium Complex and which includes, without limitation, the Sky Boxes, Club Deck, picnic area, and playground.

As an interim measure, until the permanent ticket booths are in place, the District will provide a temporary accessible ticket transaction area on both the home and visitor side of the Stadium during all times that the permanent ticket booths are open. The temporary transaction areas will be located on an accessible route to the Stadium. 3. Information will be posted at each temporary and permanent ticket transaction area regarding the availability of, and location of, accessible seating areas and restrooms.

Stadium. Stadium" means the baseball stadium known as Skylands ------- Park, and any successor stadium at the same location known by the same, similar or different name, together with all parking areas, grass fields, fixtures, equipment, additions, alterations, improvements, appurtenances and the like located thereon or related thereto, located generally at the intersection of U.S. Route 206, New Jersey Route 15, and Sussex County Route 565, all in Frankford Township, Sussex County, New Jersey; provided, however, that the -------- ------- "Stadium" shall not include any of the skyboxes in Skylands Park or any of the --- ancillary buildings or facilities within the complex in which the Stadium is located, including but not limited to the recreational facility, the sporting goods store, the exhibition hall, and the clubhouse and administrative building in such complex.
