Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord, its managers, directors, officers, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines, claims, liens, suits, liabilities, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature suffered by or asserted against Landlord as a result of any Hazardous Materials brought, released or used by Tenant or its agents on, in, above or under the Premises or Parking Deck.
