Parking Deck means and refer to the approximately 700 space parking garage to be constructed by Landlord on the Phase II Land in accordance with the Work Letter, for Tenant’s non-exclusive use under this Lease, except as otherwise provided herein.

More Definitions of Parking Deck

Parking Deck means the Parking Deck, together with any and all improvements, alterations, additions, and replacements thereto and all fixtures and all mechanical, electrical or other building systems therein, which are at any time erected thereon or therein.
